# Using the app

> A plain-language tour of everything Pesarc does — no crypto knowledge needed.

Pesarc is one app for your money. You don't need to know anything about
blockchains, tokens or gas — the app does the hard part in the middle so you can
think in the money you already use.

## First things to know

* **Your money is yours.** Pesarc is non-custodial — only you can move it. There
  is nothing to hand over and no one holding it for you.
* **No fees to worry about.** Gas is sponsored; you never buy a token to pay a
  fee. What you see is what it costs.
* **It works with what you have.** Your existing bank account and mobile money
  are the on- and off-ramps. Nothing new to open.

## Getting started

1. Open the app and create your profile.
2. Add money from your bank or mobile money — see
   [Cash in & out](/app/cash-in-out).
3. Send, hold, earn, invest, or just ask the agent to do it for you.
